Our Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland workshops are run by Tina-Marie Bruton - a trained, experienced Cuidiú antenatal teacher who is here to support you in preparing for birth and early parenthood. We run two types of classes:
Grant-Funded Classes / Workshops (€50 + PayPal Fees)
Thanks to funding from the National Lottery, we are able to offer a limited number of classes at the reduced rate of €50. These classes cover the same high-quality content as our standard classes, but the reduced fee is made possible by this grant. As you can imagine, these classes sell out quickly.
Standard Classes / Workshops (€220 + no extra fees)
For classes not covered by the grant, the fee is €220. This reflects the full cost of delivering the course, including preparation, teaching time, materials, and ongoing support.

About our Classes / Workshops
Antenatal Ireland Workshops offer a fun and interactive way to learn all about the arrival of your baby.
Tina-Marie prides herself in supporting you to make informed decisions for birth and parenting. We take a maximum of six couples on our courses. This ensures that you get the time and attention to have all your questions answered.
As an Antenatal Ireland educator, she facilitates you through the principals of adult education. Her classes are interactive with lots of time for questions and for practicing skills needed for labour and early parenthood. Every course is tailored to the individual needs of the group.

There are antenatal courses and there are Antenatal Ireland Courses!
Antenatal Ireland courses follow a format that is unique in antenatal education in Ireland:
Small groups sizes allow time for questions and to get to know others.
Facilitated by highly educated professionals.
Evidence-based information imparted in an empowering, interactive and practical way.
All birth options are discussed so that you can work out how you’d like to approach labour, rather than telling you the ‘right’ way.
At times that suit you.
Education for informed decision making in childbirth and early parenting.
The classes aim to provide unbiased information on all aspects of giving birth to assist you in making your own informed choices.
The classes cover:
What to expect during the birth process and working towards your choices
Pain relief: both hospital methods and natural comfort measures such as breathing, relaxation, positions and massage.
Common hospital procedures
Caring for your newborn, including feeding information
Signs of labour
How the pelvis/uterus works to birth your baby
Hormones at work during labour
Informed decision making to help you communicate with medical professionals
The role of the birth partner
Postnatal information – delayed cord clamping, skin-to-skin, placenta, breastfeeding, settling a baby, safe sleeping
Information tailored to individual needs - small, informal group setting with time for your questions and discussions
1-Year’s cuidiu membership included
The ethos of Cuidiú is that we facilitate small groups to encourage group learning, discussions and interactive activities.
